About Us

Our Story
At Rebuilt Village, our vision is to rebuild communities through the transformative power of art. Founded by Anthony Golden Jr., who first established the film production company Rebuilt Minds, our nonprofit was born from a deep desire to bring people together and foster creativity right here in Orlando. We believe in providing unparalleled opportunities for young aspiring filmmakers to learn professional techniques, eliminating the need to travel to traditional industry hubs like Los Angeles, New York, or Atlanta. Our ultimate aim is to cultivate Orlando into a vibrant arts mecca where all artists—from painters and writers to musicians and filmmakers—can converge, collaborate, and thrive. With the unwavering dedication of our amazing founding board members, we are committed to making the dream of a massive, multi-disciplinary backlot a reality, offering hands-on experience and a dynamic community space for all.
Our Mission
At Rebuilt Village, we enrich local communities by transforming deeply personal stories into lasting narratives through the art of film and media. We empower individuals to share their voices and preserve their lived experiences, fostering connection through community events, arts programming, and educational initiatives.
